Modern Slavery Statement

Vision Telematics is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in every part of our business and our supply chains.

Financial year: 2025–2026  ·  Published: 12 July 2026

This statement is made with reference to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although Vision Telematics Limited is below the turnover threshold at which the Act requires a statement, we publish one voluntarily because we believe transparency on this issue matters regardless of company size.

Our business

Vision Telematics Limited (company number 15637894) is a UK-based provider of fleet, video and asset telematics: AI cameras, GPS tracking devices, safety systems, nationwide installation and the Vision Telematics software platform. We are headquartered in Epworth, Doncaster, and serve customers across the UK and internationally.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains include:

  • Manufacturers and distributors of telematics hardware — cameras, recorders, GPS trackers and sensors, some of which are manufactured overseas, including in Asia
  • Installation and engineering subcontractors across the UK
  • Cloud hosting, connectivity and software service providers
  • Ordinary business suppliers (office, logistics, professional services)

We recognise that electronics manufacturing carries a higher inherent risk of labour abuses than the other parts of our chain, and we focus our attention accordingly.

Our policies and approach

  • We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains.
  • We buy hardware from established manufacturers and distributors and expect them to comply with all applicable labour laws and to hold equivalent expectations of their own suppliers.
  • All our UK staff and subcontractors are engaged lawfully, paid at or above the applicable minimum, and free to leave their employment.
  • Concerns can be raised confidentially with any director, or by email to info@visiontelematics.com, without fear of reprisal.

Due diligence and next steps

When selecting significant suppliers we consider their reputation, jurisdiction and published labour standards. Over the coming year we intend to: (1) ask our key hardware suppliers to confirm their own modern slavery policies in writing; (2) include anti-slavery clauses in new supplier agreements; and (3) brief everyone involved in purchasing on the warning signs of modern slavery.
