Asset tracking uses small, battery-powered GPS devices and wireless Bluetooth sensors to report the live location, movement and condition of equipment that has no power supply of its own — trailers, containers, plant, skips, generators and tools. Because each tracker carries its own multi-year battery, it can be fitted to anything, anywhere, in minutes, and keeps reporting for years without maintenance. Every asset then appears on the same map and register as your vehicles, so nothing is off the radar.

Fuel, chemicals, gas, grain, paint and solvents all create explosive atmospheres — and a standard tracker cannot legally go there. Five devices in this range are certified to ATEX / IECEx Zone 0, the most demanding classification, so tankers, IBCs, cylinders, drum cages and process plant can be tracked inside the hazardous area itself rather than only when they leave it.

All five are sealed to IP68 and IP69K, survive pressure-washing and run for years on a single charge or cell. Choose by the coverage you have on site: satellite where there is no network at all, cellular where there is, solar where you need frequent updates, and cellular-with-satellite-failover where assets cross between the two.

Two devices in the family are supplied as standard, non-certified builds for ordinary sites — the same rugged housings and battery life, without the Zone 0 certification and at a lower price. Fit these anywhere an explosive atmosphere is not a factor; fit the certified devices above wherever it is.

Not every asset justifies its own cellular tracker. Bluetooth tags cost a fraction as much, fit where a tracker will not, and are located through a crowdsourced Bluetooth network — every participating phone that passes within range reports the tag's position back, with no gateway of your own required. Fit them to tools, cases, cabinets, plant accessories and anything you would otherwise never see again.

All three are waterproof, run for years on a sealed cell, and are provisioned by scanning the QR code on the device. They also make an effective second line of defence: a thief who finds and removes a primary tracker rarely finds the tag.
